Technical Support:

When you invest in Workphaze you receive best-in-class technical support for your company. We DO NOT sell software, we build a higher level of performance in your company which requires your team, our team, good software and good systems engineering.

Important: Physical signs and decals are not included in this base price. Workphaze provides print-ready files that can be used with local or online print providers by default but you can also order the signs with us. To add physical signs to the order, select printed signs and select your desired sign design and quantity.

Setup Fee: $5,000 (This includes sign design and customization, service request form branding and customization, setting up notification(s) to you and up to 5 others in your company, Workphaze schedule customization, Workphaze workflow configuration, job detail form customization, Workphaze QuickBooks online integration and synchronization, financial document design and more.)

Recurring Fee Upon Service Activation: $500/month. (Important: Subscription charge doesn't start until signs are delivered and activated with your Workphaze service. You will be notified regarding your service subscription and the service can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled, scanning your signs will be automatically redirected to your website or alternative URL that you provide.)

Signs priced from $50 each for a 24" x 24" magnetic sign

You can cancel your order up to 1 week in advance before your scheduled onboarding date.  If within 7 days of your scheduled onboarding date, you will receive a 50% refund.  Once onboarded, there is no refund of the service fees.

Your system will be delivered and setup on your onboarding date.
